We had an emergency situation where we had to shut off water to our whole house at the end of the workday on New Years Eve with family staying over. James was incredibly knowledgeable over the phone and was able to walk us through the issue and understand what had happened. He gave us a quick solution and visited us that very evening (after work hours!) to get us through the night and the holidays with water. He returned the day after the holidays and got right back to fixing us back to normal. We are so grateful to James for providing us with fantastic and quick service, fair pricing we were happy with, explanations for the work being done, and thorough and honest workmanship. We HIGHLY recommend James and JJ Plumbing Y2K. We will certainly be calling him back if we have any other plumbing issues.

Mr. James did a fantastic job in replacing my new hot water heater. He is very professional, super nice, and extremely knowledgeable. He is the best plumber i ever used. He also had the best price. I will always use Mr. James for my plumbing needs.

We set up a time, they came out on time, started, worked, and finished; any questions I had were answered, and the process was explained to me in easy to understand terms. Honestly, I can't ask for anything more. I'm going to have them come back out to redo the piping for a new vanity, and would recommend them to anyone.

Exceptional skills Mr. James Joe (Owner of JJs Plumbing Y2K). He diligently navigated serial complex plumbing concerns for a residence est 1970. He masterfully explained why and how the assembly of the plumbing functioned. As well as going above and beyond to confirm seamless use after repairing the serial drainage piping system. Additionally he did an immaculate job to get a gas range water heater assembled and functioning, when others said it couldn’t be done. He’s an expert!! He’s honest, patient, understanding and doesn’t depart until completion. I have full confidence in his mastery. Do not delay, contact JJs Plumbing Y2K for your project(s). My experience with JJ’s Plumbing work February 2024 is one I would recommend if you’re in need of plumbing work. James contacted me promptly before his agreed arrival time. He got right to work on changing out my well-worn kitchen faucet. We are very much pleased with our new faucet and the professional work this company did for us. From help with purchasing a replacements and recommendations, we are very satisfied with the prompt, friendly service we received and won’t hesitate to call JJ’s Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs. We’re loving our new sink!!!

I was SUPER pleased with JJ Plumbing today after they serviced my kitchen sink/dishwasher clog that extended into basement plumbing. From the time these gentlemen walked into my home they felt like family. Very friendly, considerate and GENUINE. This father/son duo worked efficiently together, clarified to me each step along the way, with thorough explanations and didnt play games with their fees. Quick, straight to the point, not an ounce of sketchiness, answered ALL of my inquiries and even took the time to straighten up behind themselves. I cant tell you how RELIEVED I was at how kind they were. Their prices were MORE than fair as I've been upcharged by other contractors and tradesman for similar tasks before. Definitely plan to use them AGAIN in the future!

Both JJ and his son came out today to handle a job that I worried would be more severe than what it was. Not only was JJ on time, he corrected the issue in a timely fashion without overcharging. Needless to say, I have now found my plumber to handle plumbing issues in my home.

I tried to replace our kitchen sink faucet but since I couldn’t I called James who was out of town because of an emergency with his daughter. Even though he was under a lot of stress he still came out and replaced our faucet. He is very good and friendly.
